  • Alexander W. Dreyfoos Concert Hall 701 Okeechobee Boulevard West Palm Beach, FL, 33401 United States (map)

Vadim Repin, violin
Gerard Schwarz, conductor

The Palm Beach Symphony presents an evening of lyrical beauty and expressive power. The program features two works by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Paul Moravec: the vibrant Miami Variations and the world premiere of Lullaby, a new work commissioned especially for Palm Beach Symphony. Acclaimed violinist Vadim Repin brings his signature artistry to Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto in G minor, and the concert concludes with Brahms’s Symphony No. 3, a work of sweeping emotion and graceful restraint.

Concert Program:
Paul Moravec: Miami Variations
Paul Moravec: Lullaby (world premiere)
Sergei Prokofiev: Violin Concerto No. 2
Johannes Brahms: Symphony No. 3 in F major, Op. 90
